Section deleted

I have deleted the section on the supposed ambiguity as to the gender of the members of Draco's Council. The 'ambiguity' appears to arise in the author's reading of an English translation of Aristotle's Politeia, and is in no way raised by the Greek. There are no citations, and to my knowledge no scholar has ever raised this issue.
